Lucien Cooper.

Born UK 1966. Completed BA (Hons) Degree, Fine Art Painting at Falmouth College of Art, Cornwall, in 1987. After graduation Lucien set up a studio and started working on two large painting commissions for Sir Anthony Bamford,  JCB Ltd.  In 1990 Lucien joined the Arts Council of Great Britain's 'Glory of the Garden' Contemporary Arts Team at Stoke-on-Trent City Museum & Art Gallery, eventually becoming Curator of Fine & Decorative Arts. In 2003 Lucien stopped working as a curator to concentrate on painting. Lucien has produced many solo shows and been included in a large number of mixed themed exhibitions, notably The Royal Acadamy of Arts Summer Exhibition. Lucien's paintings are included in public and private collections in the UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Japan.  Lucien now lives and works in Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands, UK.  For further information on recent works, forthcoming exhibitions and commissioning artworks please contact by email.
